New to Yoga?

Anybody with any body is able to practice yoga. Yoga encourages and teaches people to become aware of the connection between their muscles, breath, and mind, which leads to empowerment and growth towards individual goals. Yoga is a holistic practice that turns potential into results, creating positive growth and confidence. 

There are many styles and versions of yoga, and different types provide different results. Overall, every type of yoga is an accessible low-impact workout that provides a safe and effective way for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to achieve progress and individual wellness goals. Our class structure and methods are inspired by Baptiste Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pranayama (breath-work) techniques. Every class is unique and is taught by a certified instructor with experience.
