Warrior ONE Winter Garden-Windermere (WGW) is a family owned and operated yoga studio. Julie Sanchez is the studios’ lead yoga instructor, Julie’s main goal is to empower students and create freedom, peace of mind, and live life with power and authenticity right now in a “non-guru-like” environment.
