Cardio Walkers Club
Are you are contemplating running or walking in a 5k? Or simply getting outdoors enjoying our beautiful region. Perhaps you are looking to be part of a healthy-minded easy-going commUNITY? If so, then our cardio walkers’ club could be just what you are looking for.
Our Free Cardio Workouts are twice a week (weather permitting).
Every Wednesday at 9:30 am at Scott Pine Community Park (meet at the track field), and again Every Friday at 7:15 am right in front of the studio for a beautiful walk around the trails.
Join us for forty minutes; Five-minute warm-up, thirty-minute cardio walking intervals, and five-minute stretch.
